Dear sir/madam,
I hereby complain about the following weblogs, hosted by your organization:
http://cyberdjihad.blogspot.com and http://djihadnl.blogspot.com.
The maker of this log abuses the public situation since the murder of Dutch
film maker Theo van Gogh and posts pictures of the victim, as well as
pictures of other Dutch public figures, such as politicians, who have also
been threatened because of their opinions of islam.
A few examples:
1.
item: 'Wie volgt?' ('Who's next?')
The pictures are from Dutch politicians, two of which are critics of the
islam. All three of them have regularly recieved or are still recieving
death threats.
2.
item: 'Eigen schuld, dikke bult' ('What goes around, comes around'
indicating that Van Gogh was to blame for his own murder)
"Laat dit een wijze les zijn voor de vijanden van de islam. Alle lof voor
de broeder die dit zwijntje eens flink heeft gewassen."
translation: "let this be a wise lesson for the enemies of the islam. All
due respect for the brother who killed this little pig (referring to Van Gogh)"
This text has been placed beneath a picture of the body of Theo Van Gogh.
3.
item: Djihad in Nederland
The four pictures are referring to: 9/11, Pim Fortuyn (murdered in 2001,
critisist of the islam), the terrorist attacks in Spain and Theo van Gogh.
"De aanslagen in Amerika, Pim Fortuyn, de aanslagen in Madrid, Theo van
Gogh. Nu de djihad ook eindelijk in Nederland is losgebarsten leek het me
een prima moment om een weblog te beginnen. "
translation:
"The attacks in America, Pim Fortuyn, the attacks in Madrid, Theo van Gogh.
Now the jihad has finally started in the Netherlands, it seemed like a nice
time to start a weblog."
Clearly these weblogs are a violation of article 4 of your ToS
(http://www.blogger.com/terms.g):
"You agree to not use the Service to: (a) upload, post or otherwise
transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of
another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable; "
I hereby request that you remove these weblogs.
